Lindsay Malcolm, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist who received her doctorate in psychology from John F Kennedy University in 2003. She attended Bible Study Fellowship for ten years and Community Bible Study for a further three. For fifteen years Lindsay volunteered through chapel services at Camp Parks Federal Correctional Facility where she also received a certificate in pastoral education. Lindsay pursued this passion for working with prison inmates at Valley State Prison for Women, in Chowchilla. More recently, she worked at a community mental health clinic where she helped children, adults and families in resolving emotional issues. Lindsay has also worked in a school-based health center at an Oakland high school helping teens with relational and academic problems. Dr. Dreama Delicia Cole, EdD, RN, AMFT, is a behavioral health specialist and trauma-informed counselor with more than two decades of experience across hospital systems, psychiatric care environments, and community-based counseling. She collaborates with healthcare organizations to implement trauma-informed systems, develop emotionally intelligent leadership, strengthen cultural humility, and improve workforce wellbeing.

Simultaneously, Dr. Cole works directly with individuals seeking counseling support for trauma recovery, stress-related disorders, relational challenges, grief, and life transitions. Her approach integrates biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment with culturally responsive care, recognizing that healing requires attention to both internal experiences and environmental influences.

Her doctoral research on trauma and bioecological impact in leadership environments uniquely bridges institutional transformation and individual healing.

With a background working with at-risk youth, prenatal and postpartum mothers, and families navigating transitions, Raychell is deeply committed to fostering healing and resilience. A published author and mother of five, she is also the founder of Raising Families, LLC, a grassroots organization dedicated to restoring families through parent groups, youth boot camps, family retreats, and future housing initiatives.

Tabatha Beiser is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her MA in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University. She has several years of experience working at a nonprofit community health clinic in downtown Oakland, where she supported individuals in crisis, walked alongside those navigating relationship challenges, and helped clients move through complex decisions with care and compassion.

Before becoming a therapist, Tabatha spent several years serving on staff in the creative arts at her church. This experience shaped her deep appreciation for each person’s story and strengthened her belief in the healing power of empathy, authenticity, and meaningful connection.

Tabatha grew up in San Francisco and brings warmth, presence, and genuine curiosity into the therapy room. She is passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Zachary’s previous work experience includes over 20 years in cartography for government
and utility agencies. Spurred by his involvement with volunteer opportunities, he has found
a calling to serve others through his pursuit in the counseling field.
Zachary loves studying, volunteering and his involvement at his local church. In his free
time, he enjoys graphite drawing, reading a good book and supporting the Bay Area sports
teams. He loves spending time with his wife, daughter and their extended family.
