Claire Craig, Ph.D., M.F.T., founded Trinity Counseling Center in 1989 in Concord, CA. In 1994 it was recognized as a religious, nonprofit corporation with the State of California and the IRS.  In 2002 Trinity Counseling Center moved to Oakland, CA, to reach out to the community of Oakland and the East Bay.  A Christ-centered board of directors govern its affairs.
